Digital Transformation, Business Intelligence, and Consumer-led 1:1 Marketing are all big buzzy words.
Breaking it down: BetterAve helps awesome business owners get email marketing and customer data stuff right so they can do (more of) what they do really well.
What does that mean?
We could peek at your email marketing strategy and see where it could use some improvements. We can do an audit at any time or help you plan your calendar/ideas for the year. (Deliverable: audit/strategy deck and read out + workshop; 4–6 weeks)
Or we can recommend the right email platform for you if you’re considering a change. Especially if you’re still in the same one you’ve been using since you only had 100 contacts on your list. (Deliverables: RFP, moderated demos and moderated selection workshop; 3–6 months)
If you’ve got a whip-smart copy and design team that just need to know a little more about the creative quirks of email marketing, we do that, too – a one-hour lunch ’n’ learn (you bring the lunch, we’ll bring the learn) or a workshop with your team. (Deliverable: presentation/training session, 1–8 hours) – Especially powerful paired with the audit/strategic planning above.
We can also take a much bigger look at your data architecture. After in-depth discovery with your teams, we draw maps of the 1st party data you have, where it lives, how (or if) it’s connected, whether it should be, if you have duplicate systems, etc. Better yet: we draw you a future state map of what it *should* look like and give you a prioritized task list of how to get there, whether it’ll take 1 year or 5. We love this one because it gets more than just marketing and sales involved – we’ll do a discovery with your tech and info services teams, too, and not just say what we WANT or NEED but what takes priority and what’s required in order to get started. You should see our functional requirements documentation skills… (Deliverables: current state data map, future state data map, and project prioritization matrix; 4–6 months)
Is that all? Not remotely. But it gives us a place to start.
